Banda de Turistas's biography

From its early days, this pop rock band has drawn the attention of audience and specialised press alike due to its unique sound (somewhere between psychedelia and kraut rock) and its members’ young age –all of them were under 20 by the time they began playing. In early 2007 they released a free digital EP, "Cóctel de Instantáneo," and in March 2008 they opened for Jarvis Cocker shows in Argentina. Around those days they made contact with prestigious producer Mario Caldato Jr. (Beastie Boys, Beck, Super Furry Animals), who mixed what would become their debut album: “Mágico Corazón Radiofónico.”
